This section goes deep on execution, which focuses on translating instruction into action to deliver high-quality, complete work on time. It covers tools like the re-articulation test and processes like early & rapid iteration to ensure work is aligned with clients and supervisors along the way. It teaches a work planning approach and time-blocking which help participants get work done on time. Finally, it teaches participants how to improve the quality of their work by engaging in deliberate practice.

This section teaches how to identify what is important in what you read and hear. It teaches a system of mind mapping that helps you curate, organize, and make sense of information quickly. You will learn how to engage in answer-first communication that reverses how you think about what is important and increases your effectiveness as communicator.

This section teaches you how to come up with recommendations in any scenario and how to make your recommendations rock solid so that others trust your judgment.

This section explains how creativity works. It walks you through developing an exposure strategy that will make it easy for you to be creative when needed. You learn the value of incubation and growing ideas. You'll also learn how to find creative solutions by connecting disparate ideas and a system for organizing your knowledge in order to facilitate this. Finally, you'll learn how to reframe problems and remove constraints to come up with ideas no one else has.

This section helps you process everything you've learned in the course through a capstone project and leads you through the process of designing a 6-month development plan for you (and your direct reports).
